INQUISITION was formed by DAGON (guitarist, bass, vocalist and songwriter)
in 1988 in the Southern flames of COLOMBIA. Capital of assassination, hate
and eternal war, these elements form the path from the path which the
inspiration is created. It all began in the year l999 with a debut on
vinyl 12"EP when the band play the ancient sound of the Thrash Metal
in the old SODOM, KREATOR vein the musical style was a bit different but
the ideology has always been the same (total Darkness and philosophies of
wisdom). In 1993 the second production was released on demo tape format
which was named FOREVER UNDER also violent Thrash Metal Music.
During 1994-1995 a new artistic and creative musical evolution was
created, under the name at mystical violence !it its classic Thrash Metal
influences Combined with the presents acts at today: Violence, Dark. Fast
and Ancient Metal Melodies. In 1996 finally
this new creation was
produced for DEFILED RECORDS (USA) in The MCD "INCEST OF REST” with
5 Songs of violent and Mystic Black Metal. In late 1996 the Colombian
Underground label SYLPHORIUM RECORDS became interested in support this
original musical art re-pressing the MCD "INCEST OF REST” Including
a bonus track as a split CD with the band FROFANE CREATION from Brazil,
and that was obviously accepted by INQUISITION, as it means more promotion
This Split CD was released in last days of 1996 and was called
"SUMMONING THE BLACK
DIMENSION IN THE FARALLONES’ (just this is the title for the bonus
track)

and it's called INTO THE INFERNAL REGIONS OF THE ANCIENT CULT. Include is
10 songs where secrets were reveled and produced by SYLPHORIUM RECORDS
again.The Lyrical content is based on old pagan practice. mysticism of
nature, personal dark emotions influenced by the cosmos, ancient magic and

la gran demanda que tuvo durante el 99,
su sello se vio en la necesidad
de reeditar este excelente CD para el año 2000. Inquisiton es una de
las mas tradicionales bandas de
la escena black metal sur Americana ( Ahora vive en la USA) y ha logrado
el reconocimiento mundial que se merecen (..ya aparecieron en el
Ultimo de la Tales..) practicando un black metal bastante denso , oscuro y
siniestro. La vocalización de Dagon
salida de ultratumba es
fria , en partes lenta casi hablada y acelerada en otras
como en Journey to Infernukeorreka" pero siempre manteniéndose
muy original . La agregada de intros en 3 temas (Unholy magic Attack, The
Initiation y Migthy Wargod of
the Templars), le da un
ambiente mas ritual, ademas el trabajo de Incubus en la bateria da a cada
tema mas fuerza y agresividad. Esto es puro black metal
que pocas bandas hoy en DIA practican, muy raras de encontrar son exóticas
, primitivas y underground como pocas.
