"Evoking The Abomination"

Gene, former member of Long gone ANGELCORPSE has gone into the
music business with this new label . We covered ABHORRENCE's demo
"Ascension " during the early days of Himnos Rituales de Guerra
. Back then ABHORRENCE played brutal death metal with some influences
by VADER and DEICIDE. Now , they still play brutal death
metal , but in this "Evoking The Abomination" they try to follow
the path of speed masters "KRISIUN". Specially during the guitar
solos and hellish drum beat, the only difference is the songs length.
ABHORRENCE's songs are shorter (they don't go over 3-1/2 minutes) therefore,
the song structure are simpler than KRISIUN's. I think after KRISIUN's
success, other bands in BRAZIL are following suit saturating the death
metal sound with maximum speed. Only time will tell which bands remain
and develop their own sound. All of these 8 songs (29 minutes) are brutal
and full of power, I just hope they find their own identity as time goes
on. The production and overall work done by EVIL VENGEANCE RECS (presentation-
promoting) are really good. Lovers of hyperspeed blasphemy, this is a
great piece.Himnos
